落合南長崎に建てられた三階建ての新築一軒家を、多世代で滞在できる民泊として計画しました。新築ならではの明るさと清潔感をそのまま活かしながら、“旅行者が数日間滞在する”という目的に合わせて、フロアごとに役割を再編集し、家具・色彩・導線・光環境を一から設計しました。

1階は「落ち着いて過ごせる静かなフロア」として計画しました。
深いブラウンとアイボリーを基調に、青海波や麻の葉など控えめな和柄をアクセントとして採用し、三世代の中でも特に祖父母世代が安心して過ごせる落ち着きを重視。柔らかな照明と障子風の表情を取り入れ、休息に向いた静かな空気感を整えました。

2階は滞在者が最も長く過ごすメインフロアとして、「団欒・食事・写真映え・快適性」をすべて両立させる設計へ。
明度の高い白壁を中心に光の広がりを確保し、エコカラットのアクセント・大理石調テーブル・落ち着いたゴールドのディテールを組み合わせることで、日中も夜も美しく見えるリビングに仕上げています。
白壁はプロジェクター投影のために明度を調整し、鑑賞会にも対応。家具配置と動線は家族全員が自然に集まれるよう再設計し、“家の中心としての2階”を明確にしました。

3階は用途の異なる二つの寝室で構成し、宿泊者の世代に合わせたデザインへ差別化。
ひとつは小さな子ども連れの家族が安心して過ごせるよう、丸みのある造作・パステルカラー・花型シーリングライトで柔らかい印象に調整。
もう一つの部屋は若い世代を想定し、幾何学クロス・飛沫柄・ネオン風アートを組み合わせ、滞在そのものが体験となるような個性的な空気感をつくっています。どちらも光の入り方や収納量、動線を見直し、小さなストレスのない滞在を実現しています。

全体のテーマは「三階建てを活かした“フロアごとに体験が変わる宿”」。
清潔感・写真映え・機能性・快適性という民泊運用に必要な要素を新築品質にそのまま乗せ、落合南長崎の静かな住宅地に馴染みながらも、旅行者に“家以上の居心地”を届ける空間に仕上げています。

This newly built three-story house in Ochiai-Minaminagasaki was designed as a vacation rental suitable for multigenerational stays. While preserving the brightness and cleanliness unique to a new construction, each floor was re-edited to match the needs of travelers spending several days in the space. Furniture layout, color palette, circulation flow, and lighting were all planned from scratch to create a comfortable and intuitive environment.

The first floor is designed as a quiet, relaxing level. Deep brown and ivory tones form the base, accented with subtle traditional Japanese patterns such as seigaiha and asanoha. This floor prioritizes calmness and comfort, especially for older guests, incorporating soft illumination and shoji-inspired textures to create a peaceful atmosphere ideal for rest.

The second floor serves as the main living area where guests spend most of their time. The design balances gathering, dining, photogenic appeal, and overall comfort. High-brightness white walls amplify natural light, while Ecocarat accent tiles, a marble-style dining table, and refined gold details create a space that looks beautiful both day and night.
The white walls were adjusted to function as a projection screen, accommodating movie nights and viewing parties. Circulation and furniture placement were redesigned so that family members naturally gather here, reinforcing the role of the second floor as the heart of the home.

The third floor consists of two bedrooms, each tailored to different age groups. One room is intended for families with young children, featuring rounded forms, pastel colors, and a flower-shaped ceiling light to create a soft, welcoming atmosphere. The other room targets younger guests, combining geometric wallpaper, splash-pattern accents, and neon-inspired artwork to offer a more expressive and experiential environment.
Both rooms were redesigned with careful attention to light, storage, and circulation to ensure a stress-free stay.

The overarching theme is “a three-story stay where each floor offers a different experience.”
Cleanliness, visual appeal, functionality, and comfort—essential elements for vacation rental operation—are integrated at a high standard, making the property blend naturally into the quiet residential area of Ochiai-Minaminagasaki while offering travelers a level of comfort that exceeds typical home living.
